I failed again - Proverbs 16:2

Proverbs 16:2 The Voice
Even when you think you have good intentions,
    He knows your real motives.

I’m writing to remember that I still have a hard time humbling myself.

I fail to love as the Lord loves me.
I know what’s required of me. But I failed.
I have no excuses. I have fallen short…again.
So the next time I think I know. I don’t.
But knowing what I know this day, I will go in His power.
I will accept His grace, and
I will try to love as He loves…again.

Family and friends, My entire reason for maintaining this Journey blog is to inspire you to seek God (Matthew 28:19-20) and to read the Scriptures for yourself so that your soul might live on in eternity in His glorious presence (Revelation 21:11).  I've experienced His powerful presence here, right now on earth. October 19, 2013 Acts 17:27 - Living Bible (TLB) “His purpose in all of this is that they should seek after God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him—though he is not far from any one of us. Since I read a wonderful  post  on Maria Shriver’s blog, this post has been swirling in my brain. While cleaning treasures from my closet this morning, I found one of my many journals.  At that time, I had experienced the second happiest day of my life. Before I write about those days, I must tell you what I know for sure now. May 2, 2006  is the best day of my life. Period. There will be no other better day while I am living on Earth because on that day,  I saw the hand of God  and my life changed forever.  It was an unexpected supernatural occurrence.
